Print Rules are software enforced rules and suggestions that manage what users can print, copy, fax, or scan.

Print rules can be created to:

  • Restrict color printing to only specific persons or group.
  • Restrict individuals or groups from using certain copiers/printers
  • Automatically detect and delete duplicate jobs
  • Set usage limits or caps
  • Restrict printing large files
